Rukkiya is co-founder and practicing Speech & Language Therapist with over 18 years of experience in treating acquired disorders of speech, swallowing and communication. Rukkiya has wide ranging experience in both the NHS and Independent sectors, across acute and rehabilitation settings, leading to a deep understanding of a patient’s journey from the initial to longer term needs. Her specialist interest areas are dysphagia management including instrumental assessment and rehabilitation.

Furthermore, Rukkiya has expertise in operational management and service development, currently holding service lead roles in both acute and community settings.
